Mornings

In my experience, mornings come in three broad flavors:

  1. Waking up with joy, looking forward to whatever the day has to offer
  2. Waking up feeling neutral – you’re centered and detached
  3. Waking up feeling anxiety about the day

How can you move more of your type 3 mornings, to types 1 and 2?
