In my experience, mornings come in three broad flavors:
- Waking up with joy, looking forward to whatever the day has to offer
- Waking up feeling neutral – you’re centered and detached
- Waking up feeling anxiety about the day
How can you move more of your type 3 mornings, to types 1 and 2?
